With its long bonnet and wheelbase and low, flowing roofline, the BMW 6 Series CoupƩ has the proportions of a classic Gran Turismo CoupƩ. The dynamic front end angles down purposefully at the road, and the rest of the car follows suit. The side panel fold creates highlights that run parallel to the tarmac, while the muscular rear end underlines the close connection between the car and the road.

The straight-six diesel engine in the 635d uses Common Rail direct injection, four-valve technology and a two-stage turbocharger to unleash 210 kW (286 hp) of power and a maximum torque of 580 Nm. Its enormous thrust explains the car’s exceptional sprinting qualities, and powers the CoupĆ© from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds.

Both the six-speed manual gearbox and the six-speed Sport automatic transmission are designed to help you use the power of your BMW 6 Series CoupƩ to the full. The Sport automatic transmission Steptronic has paddle shifters that let you shift up and down sequentially, without using the clutch and with both hands on the wheel. Pressing the sports button makes the whole process even more dynamic.
