Billy Cee's incredible Midnight Purple III Nismo Clubman Race Spec R2. This is one of the most amazing cars to have ever come out of the Nismo Omori Factory, in fact I would say it's one of the best cars in all of Australia (seriously, check out the spec list below, it's mind blowing!).

This car was commissioned by Leon who started by buying a 2001 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II in KV2 in May, 2015. This car was a grade 4.5B at auction with 55,000 km on the clock. This was already a rare car - there was only 44 V-Spec II produced in this colour.

Leon then shipped the car to Nismo for what would be come a multiyear transformation in to the legendary Nismo Clubman Race Spec. He instructed Nismo to repaint the R34 to LX0 Midnight Purple III. The 450PS R2 engine (spec list below) was chosen to be fitted, which is the more powerful of the two engine options (the other being the 400PS S2 engine). Nismo intake plenum, fueling parts, clutch, LSD, intercooler and piping (in carbon fibre), airbox and more were fitted to the engine and drivetrain. A Mine's exhaust system and carbon propshaft by The Driveshaft Shop was also fitted.

To the chassis, a Nismo titanium strut bar was fitted, along with a host of new mounts, bushes, reinforcements and brace. Very expensive Öhlins HAL DFV 2-Way adjustable suspension version Nismo were installed, along with a complete Nismo suspension link set.

R35 GT-R Brakes were fitted, and Leon has Overtake & Brembo Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs to be fitted in the future. This R34 has 2 sets of wheels - Nismo LMGT4 Forged Wheels 18x10.5 +12 Matte Black (for the track) and BBS RI-D Forged Duralumin Wheels 19x10 +33 Diamond Black (for the street). They're wrapped in Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R 295/35/R18 or 275/30/R19 respectively.

On the outside, complete Z-Tune bodykit has been fitted. This includes the front bumper, front fenders, dry carbon front under tray (which hasn't been fitted due to not wanting it to get damaged in shipping), carbon rear diffuser fin set, side and rear skirts. Also fitted are the Nismo indicators, tail lights, carbon fibre rear spoiler and pillar garnish, along with a few other goodies such as oil, radiator and fuel caps, blue mirrors, carbon exhaust shroud and tow hook. These are all finished off with titanium dress bolts where applicable. Finishing this off is a brand new set of gold GT-R and Nissan emblems.

In the interior of this beast, Leon has had Nismo fit Recaro Sportster CS "Performance Edition" seats bolted in, racing harness, Nismo & Italvolanti 355 Steering Wheel, Nismo MDF v2, 320kph meter, titanium shift knob, cigarette lighter switch, mats and carbon rear view mirror.

Robson Leather in Japan created custom carbon fibre interior trims, and created a custom alcantara finish of the roof lining, A,B,C pillars, ront and rear door cars and sun visors.
