There will be no cars started unless advised be the operators, OR you intend to leave the event for personal reasons.
(2) There is to be NO spinning of the tyres or burnouts. If there is Garcia holds NO responsibility for the damages to vehicles.
(3) If there is a breaking of the rules Garcia's reserves the right to withdraw applications to compete, or ask you to leave the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS!
(4) Fuel tanks must at least ½ full



Competitors enter at their own risk. Garcia takes NO responsibility for the vehicles that are entered into the event.
