When Is Too Much Boost, Too Much ?

"Hey guys, I know A LOT of you know A LOT more about Turbochargers then I do.  Just a quick question if someone could explain to me something.  Say I have a TD04-15G -

AND A TD04-19T

now say I push 25 psi in the 15G, what is my efficiency ?

then say I push 25 psi in the 19T, what is my efficiency ?

what if I push 30 psi, will I be loosing horsepower instead of gaining it ? will something melt ?  When is too much boost bad on the 19T ? ? ?

P.S. - lets just say I have forged internals, 2.4L, 5cylinder, 7.8 Compression Ratio, 550cc injectors, and aluminum intercooler
